•	Proven ability to provide effective, high-quality care for referred patients, including comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, evidence-based treatments, appropriate referrals, and ongoing management
•	Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
•	Ability to work with ICBC and private clients
•	Commitment to professional standards and compliance with all set out by the  CCHPBC.
